Brittany Zamora, former Arizona 6th grade teacher was sentenced to 20 years in prison for molesting and having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old student.
Zamora allegedly had sex with the victim three times at Las Brisas Academy Elementary School in Goodyear, Arizona.
When she was arrested last year, police said she had sex with the boy in a classroom while another student watched.
“On one occasion, Zamora asked an 11-year-old boy who was a friend of the 13-year-old to stand watch during an encounter in her classroom.”
The records also suggest the teacher and the pupil sexually touched each other while other pupils watched a video.
The victim’s mother claimed “Ms. Zamora lures these boys, earns their trust and then takes advantage of them purely to fill her own sexual desires.”
Zamora was arrested on the charges of sexual conduct with a minor, attempted molestation of a child and public sexual indecency.
Their relationship was discovered after the victim’s parents uncovered text messages on the boys phone.
During the trial, Zamora’s text messages to the boy were revealed and presented to the court during her first court appearance.
In one exchange between the pair, Zamora told the boy she wanted him ‘every day with no time limit’
She said: “Wyd?”
He replied: “Thinking about your sexy self.”
“Aww baby (love heart eyes emoji) I wish you were with me,” she responded.
The boy replied: “I want u bby. .. when can we fuck again?”
Zamora replied: “I want you too baby so bad! Whenever we can you know I’m down.”
She added: “Like you for real get sexier to me every day lol.”
He replied: “I want to fuck you so bad baby those times weren’t enough.”
She responded: “Me neither baby! I want you every day with no time limit.”
In another exchange, Zamora to the boy said: “OMG, I love you,” and “Omg lol you’re so cute baby.”
While another read: “I wish you could’ve stayed after with me.”
The boy then replied: “Me too. I wish I could just hang out with you whenever we wanted.”
After one of their meetings, the boy is reported to have messaged the teacher saying he wanted to have sex with her again.
Zamora replied: “I know baby! I want you every day with no time limit… If I could quit my job and (have sex with) you all day long, I would.”
But in court, Zamora claimed, “I am a good and genuine person who made a mistake and regret it deeply.”

“I lived my life respecting and trying to obey every law. I’m not a threat to society by any means.”– she added.

Her husband is alleged to have contacted the family of the victim, begging them not to contact the authorities over the phone.

After her initial court appearance, she asked if she could “go home to my husband.”
Zamora had only married her childhood sweetheart Daniel some three years ago before the accusations surfaced.
While the state prosecutor called for her to serve 27 years, the judge gave Brittany Zamora the minimum sentence she faced.

“Today’s sentencing is fitting for an individual who exploited her position as a teacher to groom and then abuse a young teen student,” Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery said.
“Prosecutors and law enforcement will continue to be relentless in making Arizona the most unwelcome place for child sex predators.
The victim’s mother was deeply hurt and said she shouldn’t be allowed to be close with children.
“I hate you for what you did to my son and my family. We should not suffer for your sick pleasure,” the mother said in a statement read by her attorney.
“You should never have children. You should never be close to children within your own family.”
