Michael Theanne was out for a hike with his dogs on February 29 when he collapsed and died unexpectedly on a sidewalk near his home. He was 45. His Los Angeles Medical Examiner results are pending. We will update with his cause of death once it becomes available.
Michael had been Steve Aoki’s manager since 2008. Other notable clients include Deorro and Cheat Codes.
“Michael’s incredibly warm, loving and generous spirit impacted all around him,” his family said in a statement. “We know that many of you will join us as we continue to carry Michael in our hearts forever. At this time, our family asks that we be allowed to process this devastating and sudden loss in private. Information regarding a funeral and memorial will be forthcoming.”
Michael leaves behind his wife Elena and their daughter Luna.
