On November 11, 2024, after deliberating for 19 hours, the jury in the Delphi murder case found Richard Allen guilty on all counts.
“Regardless of what the verdict is, people aren’t going to be happy,” Special Judge Frances Gull said.
Richard was found guilty of two counts of murder and two counts of felony murder. He could be sentenced to up to 130 years in prison if convicted of all the charges.
