Police arrived to find a terrible scene inside.
They had been alerted, by a taxi driver, of a woman in her 40’s walking the streets at 7pm in a “disorientated state”.
It is believed this woman was the mother to all three children and has been taken to hospital.
Neighbours say the family moved to the area about one year ago.
The bodies of the three children have been removed to the City Morgue, where a post-mortem examination will take place later today (25/1/2020).

The names of three children found dead in “unexplained circumstances” at a house in County Dublin have been released by Gardaí (Irish police).
They were nine-year-old Conor McGinley, his seven-year-old brother Darragh McGinley and their little sister Carla McGinley, who was three years old.
Their bodies were found by ambulance staff and gardaí in a house in the suburb of Newcastle on Friday night.
A woman found at the scene was taken to hospital.
‘Enormous tragedy’
The woman, who is in her 40s, is related to all three children and is currently receiving medical attention in Tallaght University Hospital.
Gardaí have said they not looking for anyone else in relation to the incident and have described it as “an enormous tragedy for the family”.
They confirmed that they responded to a call at the property at Parson’s Court in Newcastle at about 19.45 local time on Friday.
Gardaí are currently treating the deaths as “unexplained” and are awaiting the results of post-mortem examinations.
The house is being examined and the assistant state pathologist has attended the scene.

26/01- Gardai believe the three children whose bodies were found in a house in Co Dublin on Friday evening died after being sedated and were possibly smothered to death while unconscious.
Detectives are waiting to interview Deirdre Morley, whose children Conor McGinley, 9, Darragh, 7, and Carla, 3, were found dead inside their terraced home at Parson’s Court in Newcastle, a village near Rathcoole.
The children’s father, Andrew McGinley, returned home to find his wife Deirdre Morley in a disorientated state outside their house, at about 7.45pm. McGinley rang the emergency services after finding a suicide note inside the house and finding his children seemingly unconscious in different rooms.
Morley was rushed to Tallaght University Hospital in Dublin where she is getting medical treatment

Doctors have warned investigators they will not be able to interview Ms Morley until her condition improves significantly. It is understood that, although the woman remains seriously ill, she is expected to survive
