Update 8/5: Lexie has allegedly been found safe and is returning home.
Lexie Shanae Caldwell is currently missing from Stanton, KY. She was last heard from on Wednesday July 29, 2020

Her fiancé Collin Lee Carter passed away on March 17, 2020. He was 28 years old and Lexie is not listed in his obituary. It sounds as though he passed from an overdose and people close to him believe that Lexie is to blame.
The children are allegedly safe with family. There are rumors circulating that she is possibly on heroin and is on a bender.
