Dakota Bingham (28) was last seen at Noble’s Kitchen & Beer Hall on Main Street in the Five Points area of Nashville on Sunday October 10. He left the bar at around 11.15pm. He told his friends he was planning to ride a scooter back to his apartment.
Dakota was captured on the above CCTV footage – he got on a scooter for a short amount of time. He then got off and walked.
He was then seen at the TA Truck Stop on N. First Street around midnight. Investigators said this is the last area and time his phone was detected.

Dakota’s friends say he ordered a Lyft at around 11.30pm, but he never got into his ride.

Police announced on October 13 that they would be searching the Cumberland River for Dakota. CCTV footage allegedly showed him in the river, struggling to swim.
Shortly after the police began their search, Dakota’s family announced that he had been found deceased.

But then, social media users have refuted the claims that Dakota has been found and they insist he is still missing.
